Based on the (possibly modified) product design, we start the mould preparation process. We call on our extensive network to have high quality moulds available for MIM production cost-effectively and quickly – within eight weeks. Depending on customer requirements, we select a robust series die for hundreds of thousands of products per year or an inexpensive proto die for testing an initial MIM design with a pilot series.
